Many of my predictions since last march have come true as predicted. A job prediction has taken a year to materialise, however, all the delays and issues were exactly as predicted. I had huge issues with HR, but as predicted was contacted by a man in authority and normally it's only HR that would contact you. Plus, I got the hours I wanted and my request for weekends only was also accepted which would never normally happen.
